DELIVERY

Maranta is a new small independent business that I would like to be accessible to all, however I have taken the decision to suspend worldwide shipping due to postage difficulties and delays owing to Brexit and the pandemic.

 

Dispatch time is 1-3 business days and approximate delivery times are provided below (please note there may be delays due to the pandemic)

 

UK Standard Delivery Signed For £3.99 (typically 2-5 business days)

UK Express Delivery Signed For £4.75 (typically 1-2 business days)

 

All items are delivered via Royal Mail Signed For unless otherwise stated.

Please email me at hello@shopmaranta.com for a Next Day Guarantee quote if you require your item/s sooner.

 

 

For peace of mind for you and me, a signature is required for all deliveries, so I know your Maranta items will reach you safely. If the package is returned to the courier depot because the customer was not available to sign for the package it is the customers responsibility to arrange with the courier to re-deliver or pick up their package from the nearest depot.

 

 

Unfortunately, if the customer fails to arrange a re-delivery or pick up of their package and it is returned back to Maranta the customer will have to pay postage costs again for Maranta to post the parcel out again.
In the case of a wrong delivery address being issued by the customer to Maranta, contact us as soon as possible and if we can rectify it we will, however if the package has already been dispatched and is delivered to that address it is the customers responsibility to retrieve the package, as a small business I cannot cover the cost of posting out additional items.

 

 

The buyer is fully responsible to pay any fees, including taxes and custom duties associated with shipping items to their respective country. Maranta will not be held responsible for any of these fees.
In the case of lost parcels, please contact your local post office first. Once your item has been declared lost by the postal carrier, please contact Maranta for a replacement or refund.
Please note that made-to-order items can take 1-2 weeks to dispatch and longer for macrame curtains.


RETURNS POLICY


Please contact me at hello {@} shopmaranta.com if you have any problems with your order and I will endeavour to correct any issues for you.
However if you are still not entirely happy with your order, you can return items to me as long as you contact via email first and within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please return your item/s exactly as you received them in a saleable unused condition - I may not be able to process a full refund if items are damaged or worn. It is the customers responsibility to pay for return postage, as a small business I am unable to cove this cost.
Please note custom orders cannot be refunded.

PACKAGING


Sustainability is important to me and my small business, that's why you will never find new plastics in my packaging. All packaging is either recyclable/ biodegradable or reused plastics (my preference is to use in the first instance what is already available rather than buying new biodegradable/compostable packaging). Maranta business cards are printed on recycled card and our stickers are biodegradable paper. I encourage reuse of packaging where ever possible.
